What an awesome house and location for our trip! I'm almost hesitant to heap too much praise on here, for fear it will be harder and/or more expensive to book in the future... All in all it was one of the best and easiest rental experiences I've ever had, and I would highly recommend this house and the property managers to anyone!

This house is in the perfect location. You are just minutes from downtown Gruene, but secluded enough to have that cozy feel. Right on the river, couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place. We will certainly be back!

We loved staying at the house. It had more than enough space and beds for our large party. The location is great and we really enjoyed being able to hop in the river right from the backyard. Cozi went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous place with perfect location! The pictures do not do this place justice. It is all very new, clean, and perfect for fun with a large group. The owners are amazing people and worked with our needs. We highly recommend this beautiful house!!

This place is a gem! It was quiet and peaceful. Our group felt like we were the only people around. Pretty special when you consider how close it was to everything we needed in New Braunfels. Check in was a breeze and Bailey was very considerate even when our plans changed last minute. It is our ‘go-to place’ for visits to Gruene and New Braunfels.

Beautiful house close to downtown Fredericksburg! A gem with a pool and hottub!

This property was perfect for our ‘laid-back’ corporate retreat. With 9 people in attendance, 7 people got their own rooms (only 2 co-workers had to share). We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and the BBQ pits, as we cooked about half our meals. Our group was able to hold their discussions both inside, in the living room, as well as outside, in the shade with the lovely view of the river flowing past.

One of the best family reunions ever. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed... The owners are just super sweet and awesome and the place is relaxing and great.

The most PERFECT rental in all of Gruene! Everything in the house was great, and they even went above and beyond what most rentals provide. The backyard river access is by far the highlight of the property, as it's a beautiful and relaxing place to gather in the afternoon before dinners.
