Matthew Durrette, Founder/Owner:

From an early age, Matt began “honing his chops” in hospitality: at 12, he started off as a cart boy at his local golf club in Virginia, eventually working his way up to pro shop manager. After college, however, fate took Matt in the direction of a first job at global aerospace and defense technology company Northrop Grumman, in Baltimore, MD.

While in Baltimore, Matt met his future wife Jenna, who helped him reconnect to his background in hospitality: together, the two developed a side hustle managing properties and investing in real estate in Baltimore, Maryland. Matt and Jenna managed their growing business while juggling work and and Matt’s MBA classes in Marketing and Analytics at St. Joseph’s University. After a few years, Matt took a leap by resigning from his day job to focus full-time on Cozi.

Over the years, Matt knew his wife’s Texas roots would one day sign him up for a one-way ticket to the Lone Star State. But secretly, he was excited about the prospect; ever since Jenna first took him to her hometown in Dripping Springs, TX, he had already begun falling for the people, the landscape, and that special Texas Hill Country way of life.

Jenna Durrette, Owner:

Proudly born and raised in the Texas Hill Country, Jenna majored in Apparel Design and Manufacturing at Texas Tech. For five years, she worked at Under Armour in Baltimore, Maryland, as Technical Design Lead; today, she is the brains behind Cozi’s business and creative strategy. She loves the Texas Two-Step, traveling, and hiking with her rescue dog, Maker, whom Matt and Jenna named after their passion for bourbon. Scott Heyman, Co-Owner, Chief Technology Officer

Once a kicker for the Penn State football team, then an aerospace engineer for the U.S. Navy, Scott is a man of many talents. But as his wife Bailey would say, Scott’s biggest asset is his kind heart. Bailey Sanders, Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships

Formerly with Marriott Corp., Bailey is a graduate of Texas Tech. In the office and in the field she is a veritable Swiss Army knife, helping Cozi grow its footprint in the Texas Hill Country through new partnerships, new clients, and the Concierge Services platform. As Cozi’s Customer Solutions Manager, Ricardo loves helping Cozi customers turn a need into an opportunity for success. As Cozi’s Customer Solutions Representative, Francisco loves being able to take care of our guests and making them feel at home. He and his beautiful wife Cassandra Ramirez have two daughters, Genesis Nicole and soon Elysa Joy, and a playful German Shepherd named Max.
